REGISTRATION / CASHIER
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Registration/Cashier to join our company.
 
Role Purpose:
 
Serves as the primary point of contact for both our esteemed local members and visiting international tourists. This role requires a blend of sharp accounting skills and high-level hospitality.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Tourist & Guest Relation: Provide a warm, professional welcome to international and local tourists, assisting them with club protocols and facility orientations.
Tee Time Reservations: Efficiently manage and schedule tee time reservations to ensure optimal course flow.
Cashiering & POS: Accurately process all transactions through the POS System, including green fees, rentals, and merchandise.
Financial Reporting: Maintain precise records of daily transactions under the guidance of the Accounting Department.
Inquiry Management: Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding rates, course availability, and tourist packages.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of a 4-year degree course, preferably in Commerce.
Communication: Excellent English proficiency to effectively assist and communicate with foreign tourists.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS transactions and basic computer applications.
Service Mindset: A proactive, hospitable attitude suitable for a high-end country club environment.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a cashiering or registration role.
