Citi has an exciting opportunity for a Regional TA Project Manager to join our APAC Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role reports to the APAC Talent Acquisition Operations & Project Manager based in Philippines. The role is an intermediate level position responsible for leading TA projects across the region, which includes collaboration and solution design, tracking deliverables and trainings, and project effectiveness reviews. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of projects in alignment with HR and Talent Acquisition teams. This is an individual contributor role which brings their expertise in project delivery, combining independent decision making and strong partnership with stakeholders across country, regional, and global peers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful delivery of projects led and which impacts APAC Talent Acquisition
Exercise evaluative judgement based on analysis of data and in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures to effectively partner with country, regional, and global stakeholders to solution requirements of assigned projects
Support Head of APAC TA Professional Services and APAC Systems, Processes, and Governance Lead on initiatives which will benefit APAC Recruiting and Onboarding and achieve timely results
Monitor continuous improvement agenda in close collaborate with APAC TA leadership and subject matter experts; pinpoint and calendarize delivery of strategic opportunities and identify need for escalation when off-track
Manage follow-through of key actions identified through systematic country operations review
Coordinate with peers to design and execute regional training agenda, including creation of training videos and improved use of on-demand tools evidenced by usage reporting
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within assigned projects to achieve goals
Acts as an advisor to senior stakeholders and team members, and support on ad-hoc basis, to strategically improve the TA operating model as defined within each project scope
Background:
At least 5 years of project management experience in a relevant industry
Aptitude to tackle and resolve complex issues and handle ambiguity
High level of data literacy with a results-driven approach achieved through obsessive use of data
Familiarity with large HR systems and applications and an understanding of large-scale implementations and project management principles
Demonstrated experience of influencing and delivering results across a matrix organization without direct authority to achieve outcomes
Team player, relationship management, and stakeholder expectation management skills
Effective communicator, able to facilitate discussion and interact with senior global/ regional stakeholders
Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements
Ability to simultaneously work well independently and within a regional team environment with peers, subject matter experts, analysts, and technical specialists
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
Understanding of corporate policies and its impact to day-to-day operations
Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
Skillful storyteller
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
