Citi has an exciting opportunity for a Regional TA Project Manager, AVP to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team.
It is an exciting time to join our HR Talent Acquisition (TA) & People Insights team! The TA function along with the wider Citi organization has a large change agenda and vision for 2021 and beyond. Responsibilities:
In partnership with HR and TA teams, delivery on-time successful APAC TA projects
Use tangible data insights, evaluative judgement, and project management concepts, to deliver new solutions that reduce points of friction
Creatively solve challenges in collaborate with subject matter experts and effectively escalation when off-track
Taking personal ownership of project delivery by managing follow-through of actions
Coordinate with peers to execute regional training agenda (e.g. creation of training videos) and to improve use of on-demand tools
Acts as an advisor and support on ad-hoc basis, to improve the TA operating model
Use storytelling, data, and metrics to present progress of project delivery and key outcomes
Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks
Support TA leadership with ad-hoc projects as needed
Background:
At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in HR
Aptitude to tackle and resolve complex issues and handle ambiguity
High level of data literacy with a results-driven approach achieved through obsessive use of data
Familiarity with large HR systems and applications and an understanding of large-scale implementations and project management principles
Demonstrated experience of influencing and delivering results across a matrix organization without direct authority to achieve outcomes
Team player, relationship management, and stakeholder expectation management skills
Effective communicator, able to facilitate discussion and interact with senior global/ regional stakeholders
Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements
Ability to simultaneously work well independently and within a regional team environment with peers, subject matter experts, analysts, and technical specialists
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
Understanding of corporate policies and its impact to day-to-day operations
Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Skillful storyteller
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
