Our client is one of the largest international design & engineering consultancies in the world.
They are currently seeking to appoint their Regional Talent Acquisition Manager based in Manila.
Responsibilities
Lead the Talent Acquisition teams across all locations in the Asian region.
Manage the TA strategy and support the business growth of the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
15+ years of talent sourcing and recruiting in a corporate environment
Experience working in complex, multi-national companies
Experience in managing and developing a team
Experience using applicant tracking systems
Ability to develop and execute new strategies and practices
Understanding of local and international employment legislation
Prior recruitment related work experience in Consulting/ Engineering industry would be advantageous
