Job Description Provide 24/7 Surveillance on the Access and Transport Network. Responsible for incident management using best practices and methodology while ensuring maximum possible service availability. Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and incident response on the system, communicate with site engineers and track problems through to resolution.
1. Proactive monitor and respond to alerts on the Access and Transport Network
2. Perform first line maintenance, carry out escalation processes, and supply information for broadcast to communications management
3. Perform corrective actions and provide assistance in ticket management and reporting tasks
4. Perform regular checks on the network and manage system backups
