REGIONAL SALES SUPERVISOR
 
What you will be doing:
Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach within assigned regions.
Execute management directions and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for management review.
Implement initiatives that support quality business growth with a target of 20% quarterly expansion.
Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve targets; provide training, conduct evaluations, foster teamwork, and ensure discipline and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or any Business-related course from a reputable institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably with hands-on or start‐up exposure in multinational distribution companies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management abilities and consistent adherence to deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of retail operations and market execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
