Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales efforts within a designated geographical area or cover the whole Luzon area. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales target.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Regular coordination with business partners and manages in overseeing daily operations of the regional sales operation.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements through preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Coach and Motivate team members to attain best performance on the job.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, preferably within the same industry or related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills and In-depth knowledge of the sales process and strategies.
Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to Lead a Team.
