We're looking for dedicated Regional Sales Admin Associate to join us.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Assist Regional Sales Manager in handling daily incoming and outgoing correspondence in accordance with given guidelines.
Ensure a proper communication flow between C&TM Operations HQ, field force and other departments.
Prepare full range of regular/ad hoc business correspondence including project briefs, memos, documents, reports and consolidate information at RSM level. Compile presentations in PowerPoint and Excel which will frequently be of confidential nature. Monthly update of regional C&TM Operations organizational chart.
Draft meeting agendas, compile minutes and track execution of action points. Provide support in developing and implementing regional C&TM Operations projects, monitoring progress of action steps, control deadlines and consolidate data and information.
Maintain filing systems and ensure Regional Sales Manager has all relevant documents for meetings, etc. Administer C&TM Operations shared files and allocation of access rights per position.

YOU ARE / HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field required for this position; experience gained from the FMCG industry is a plusRequired skills : planning, organizing, inventory management, excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills
Computer literate; very adept in using MS Office applications
With good communication skills
