YOUR ROLE
To support the organization at regional levels, collaborating with the national process teams, regional and national systems team, regional training team & KNGS teams by assisting in process improvement projects. To support the creation of business processes, timelines, execution and follow up of different processes' optimization/transition with the stakeholders in each of them. To create and maintain transparency of these projects via Jira, Wiki etc.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Regional Air Logistics Process Manager in driving process improvement activities in the region
In close cooperation with National Air Logistics Process Managers, assists in analyzing, documenting and implement national projects and create transparency of progress and results
Ensure usage of standard tools and methods in the region to generate clarity and transparency
Assists in monitoring progress and status to the regional/national management.
Assists in developing and generating standardized and tailor made solutions
Assists in controlling of regional air logistics operational processes to ensure optimal "work flow" structure is implemented
Manages and coordinates rollout and implementation activities for agreed Tasks when Plans/Targets not being met
Work with counterparts to develop strategies to identify further potentials and increase KN GS usage/penetration
Collaborate to optimize processes in each country with the goal of standardization as per corporate standards
Collaborate to optimize processes for tasks implemented in KNGS
Review standardization potentials with the aim for process automation where possible
Monitoring of KNGS service quality and deliverables to the countries using available tools
Ensure efficiency to the Air Logistics Business Unit, by continuously optimizing the operations, increases productivity by assisting in implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets.
Work closely with systems team to ensure effective systems utilization in correlation with optimal operational infrastructure
Other special projects as assigned
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Minimum 3 years operational background in the KNGS, or equivalent Branch Operations
Minimum 1 year Team Leader responsibility in KNGS
Related Degree in Logistics, Transportation, IT and Business
Additional professional qualifications such as Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP) etc
Good knowledge of English
High degree of organizational and administrative skill
Self-disciplined and motivated
Ability to communicate on a professional level with customer countries
Able to communicate, collaborate and motivate all stakeholders
Ability to focus and optimize processes and quality
High level of KN System and PC (related to MS Office) knowledge
Knowledgeable to understand and map Processes in BPMN and document/report results
Well verse in using data mining tool like Celonis
Basic knowledge of KN operations
Ability to align processes with Systems and KNGS Teams, considering Scale, Standardization and KNGS operating model (based on Global Air Logistics Process and Systems goals)
Able to transfer knowledge to community
