YOUR ROLE
To support the regional air logistics operations with focus on eTouch related projects and initiatives. To drive Cargo IQ improvement activities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular follow up calls with countries process managers / specialists on the development of eTouch projects and initiatives
Work closely with countries process managers / specialists on improving Cargo IQ knowledge and drive Cargo IQ performance upwards
Address Cargo IQ knowledge gap, training requirements to Regional Training team.
Preparation, validation and distribution of regular progress reports (via available tools ie BI, BAM, Celonis etc) and analysis on focus areas
Pro-active identify potentials and close follow up on deliverables
Regular follow up calls with ASP Area Business Partners and countries process managers on targets' progress
Pro-active identify and follow up on specific migration potentials
Take necessary action or escalation process on potential road blocks on planned migration
Escalation to the countries' Air Logistics Management in case of non-compliance of deliverables
Collaborate for best practices and trends
Maintain KN Wiki with relevant documentation and updates
Ensure JIRA projects assigned are up to date
Confidential handling of statistics
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Minimum 3 years operational background in the KNGS, or equivalent Branch Operations
Minimum 1 year Team Leader responsibility in KNGS
Related Degree in Logistics, Transportation, IT and Business
Additional industry qualifications such as Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarders Certification etc,
Good knowledge of KN operations
High level of KN System and PC (related to MS Office) knowledge
English fluency
High degree of organizational and administrative skill
Self-disciplined and motivated
Ability to communicate on a professional level with stakeholders
Able to communicate, collaborate and motivate all stakeholders
Ability to focus and optimize operational processes and quality
Ability to align operational processes with countries, considering Scale, Standardization and KNGS operating model (based on Global Airfreight Process and Systems goals)
