The role
We are looking to hire a Regional Digital Media Lead, to drive our marketing business, offering full funnel marketing services to both ecommerce and non-ecommerce clients. The role provides excellence in media performance & campaign planning for our brands and new proposals, on all platforms including social media, Google and ecommerce.
Your responsibilities include:
Drive digital media planning for new and existing clients, based on client objectives and KPIs
Create slides based with the proposed media performance solutions
Drive proposals for full funnel marketing campaigns with the internal team, and present to client
Work with local teams to support on media performance planning and execution
Drive client engagement on a regular basis by delivering monthly performance reviews and being able to propose business strategies to achieve greater business outcomes for them
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to ensure client's business outcomes are aligned
Explore business potential with new and existing clients
The ideal candidate
4+ years of relevant digital media performance experience
Digital marketing agency experience is a plus
An understanding of advertising solutions on social media
Highly organized and excellent time management
Solid problem solving and negotiating skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certified would be a plus
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, able to craft compelling proposals
Strong analytical, excel and problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player, culturally sensitive, fun-loving, driven and results-oriented
