Duties & Responsibilities
MARKETING STRATEGY EXECUTION
Implement regional marketing plans and campaigns as directed by the Regional Marketing Head.
Coordinate marketing activities to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Provide insights to the Regional Marketing Head to refine marketing strategies.
Conduct Survey Forums on new concepts with target Buyers and Sellers
Manage Collaterals for Tactical Selling, Give-aways, and Tokens.
Create engaging contents and funnel through marketing channels such as Digital, Print & Radio.
CONTENT AND COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT
Assist in creating and localizing promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
Ensure consistency with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
EVENTS MANAGEMENT
Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, project launches, and community outreach programs.
Spearhead and manage event logistics and ensure successful execution of tactical Marketing events for Sales Engagement.
Organizing and attending to marketing activities or industry events to raise awareness and create selling opportunities.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
Track and analyze the performance of regional marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, channel engagement, and sales impact.
Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to refine future activities.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Determine periodic budget for marketing campaigns, platform subscriptions, collaterals, and events.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Proven track record of successful regional marketing campaign planning and execution, Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to other branch as required.
