The Regional Human Resource Manager provides leadership and guidance to all HR employees in
the region; lead and organize region-wide initiatives and directives; responsible for tasking the HR
team with accomplishing goals and directives as directed by the National HR; ensure employee
adherence to all company policies and procedures; and review and report on regional HR activities
to immediate superiors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or behavioral science-related courses
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an equivalent position
Hands-on experience in all facets of HR: recruitment, payroll & benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy-making, etc., Employee Relations and Training & Development
Very good knowledge of the Philippine labor laws & employment regulations
Shows maturity and compassion for people
