Job Description
The Regional Delivery Lead Lead is responsible for keeping multiple projects on track for a company and ensuring they are completed on time and according to specifications. As a Regional Delivery Lead, he/she is expected to:
Promote collaboration between all practices impacted by the project
Monitor all in-flight projects and conducts regular engagement with the project managers
Conduct regular audit on projects
Attend meetings and appropriate management forums
Prepare management reports to be presented to senior management
Manage budget, expenses, and manpower costs from estimating to project closure
Define the escalation process within Thakral One and the customer
Participate in process improvement activities
Facilitate sourcing of solutions and service providers to address business requirements
Attain delivery services revenue targets, in the form of project billable hours
Scope and position new services engagements
Ability to manage large-scale, programs and projects across multi-discipline teams, with a focus on the quality of the final product while adhering to scope, timing, and budget
Support management and oversight of a globally distributed, cross-discipline delivery team and able to step in to unblock issues
Contribute to the KMC
Support and reinforce project hygiene such as status and task tracking, documentation, communication protocols, and managing the scope of work, updates, risks, impediments and changes across all stakeholders and the team both internally and externally
Plan and initiate different stages of the project lifecycle,
Support of the pre-sales and business development processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
Has more than 15 Years of experience in project management and/or program management, minimum of three full cycle implementation • Prior experience working in a consulting company
Has experience in the implementation and integration of multiple solutions for varying use cases and industries
Implementation experience of business analytics projects
Excellent interpersonal skills, be strong and effective communicators who can persuade and influence others and possess the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Experience handling multiple projects and managing a team of 5 - 10 people. Demonstrated people management skills required
Highly motivated, self-starter. Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
Open to continuous feedback and collaboration. Driven with an urgency to deliver
Working experience on the following technologies: SAS, Microsoft, AWS, Cloudera, Google
Certification in project/program management
Should have a strong industry or project related background in Business Analytics & Business Intelligence.
