We are looking for a talented Regional Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Laguna, Philippines. This position will be reporting to the Regional AR Manager.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Preparing and understanding reports for the business (month-end aged debts report, mid-month aged debt report, Service Level Agreement and Performance Statistics report)
Provide insightful analysis of the reports being submitted and providing suggestions on improving collection performance.
Reconciling AR related balance sheet accounts, working with stakeholders in identifying actions to clear aged lines items and driving the agreed actions to completion.
Perform month-end closing activities for some of the entities supported.
Provide support to AR associates in resolving complex AR issues with customers.
Ensure that the agreed escalation process is adhered to.
Approve Debit and Credit Memos created by AR associates.
Review cash application entries made by AR associates.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Financial accountancy graduate
Minimum of 5 years' working experience in an analyst
Work across multiple currencies and Customers in different countries
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and multiple ERP's
Experience in process improvements
Excellent presentation and communication skills to collaborate with local and regional stakeholders
Sense of urgency - prompt follow up with customers and stakeholders
