Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Supervisor to lead and oversee the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the recruitment pipeline, from job posting to candidate selection.
Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring the best fit for the company's needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
