RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
 
Position Overview:
 
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both technical and non-technical roles within our organization. This role will also play a vital role in employee engagement, retention initiatives, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, identify, and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and screenings to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to negotiating offers and onboarding.
Technical and Non-Technical Roles:
Recruit candidates for a wide range of positions, including technical (e.g., software developers, engineers) and non-technical (e.g., sales, marketing, administration) roles.
Adapt recruitment strategies and techniques based on the specific requirements of each role.
Candidate Engagement and Experience:
Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, actively seeking candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
Collaborate with HR to support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
Identify opportunities to enhance workplace culture and morale.
Onboarding:
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires.
Provide support and guidance to new employees during their onboarding journey, helping them acclimate to the organization's culture and policies.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, with a track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.
Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Knowledge of industry-specific recruiting trends and best practices.
