Job Description
►Responsible with end to end recruitment process of Office based employees including screening of resume and job applications, shortlisting, initial interview, background checking, coordination with department heads for final interview, monitoring of candidates and ensuring completion of requirements
►In-charge with conducting HR Orientation to new employees covering Company Profile, Principles of Employment, Compensation and Benefits and Company Code of Conduct. Also assigned to coordinate with TK team for orientation of new employees regarding Timekeeping System and Process
►Prepare 201 File and Probationary Contract for new employees
►Prepare and send Immersion Schedule of new employees to different department
►In-charge with 1st day Company Tour/departmental introduction to new employees
►Accountable for enrolling new employees in Biometric System
►Upload new employee information to HRCM System (Sprout) as well as new Sales Promodiser info of under Agency
►Coordinate with Partner Agencies re Manpower Request of Sales Promodisers and monitor hiring process
►Maintain Sales Promodisers Plantilla and Masterlist as well as updating Office Vacancies Report
►Countercheck PRF and NPA (transfer request) submitted by other department
►Coordination with Compben Team for enrollment of TIN of new employees and other government related updates (Merging, PMRF Update, etc.)
►Responsible for the enrollment/applying of BDO Cash Card/Debit Card for all direct employees
►In-charge with creation and issuance of Company Id for New and Regular employees
►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
