Responsibilities:
• Conduct Initial Interviews for Agent and Non agent posts
• Profiling of candidates to specific accounts
• Facilitate assessments to applicants
• Extend Job Offers to hired candidates
• Deliver quality candidates to Operations and Shared Services
• Real-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentations
• Involvement in on-boarding, process orientation and knowledge transfer to incoming team
members
• Create and maintain reports/trackers that would be useful in evaluating and updating our data that revolves around: hiring turnaround time, cost per hire, return of investment
Qualifications:
• Must be a College Graduate of Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource
Management, or equivalent
• Relevant work experience in Recruitment and Sourcing preferably from BPO Industry is a plus
• Adept with Agent Hiring and has a good record in bulk hiring with TAT
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task
• Well-organized, and has keen attention to details
• Must be willing to work for extended hours, including Saturdays and Holidays, if a hiring
requirement is not met
