VirtualStaff365 is an outsourcing business, recruiting and managing quality candidates for our Australian clients. All candidates are working remotely, and reside predominantly in the Philippines, but not exclusively.
As a fast growing business in a fast growing sector, we're seeking to take on a Recruitment Specialist, to join our team.
Requirements
Experience in full life-cycle candidate exploration, from sourcing/attraction, interviewing, screening, hiring and on-boarding
Advantageous to have experience with LI Recruiter and other industry tools
Experience in Recruitment within complex, fast paced, high volume industries/companies.
Experience in a 360 degree / full-lifecycle, research or a pure sourcing role
Experience in stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand your field in-depth and deliver
Well versed in full lifecycle recruitment - management of blended candidate attraction methods, candidate experience and assessment.
Be responsible for stakeholder relationship management and client/candidate satisfaction and experience.
Where applicable get involved with hiring across all of our recruitment verticals.
