As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you are in charge of end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, onboarding new employees up to handling regularization and resignation of employees.
The specific duties and responsibilities revolve around the following:
Sourcing and Screening
Create or update job advertisements based on the submitted and approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) and job description through various job portals and social media.
Maintain an active pool of candidates particularly for positions that are hard to find and with high rate of turnover.
Screen resumes of candidates and conduct phone screening.
Maintain an updated Applicant Tracker with information of candidates who go through the interview process.
Provide feedback to candidates on the status of their application as well as to clients/hiring managers.
Selection and Hiring
Prepare initial assessment and endorse staff level applicants who pass the initial interview for next level of screening by arranging the interview schedule with the HR Manager and, subsequently, with Hiring Manager/Department Head.
Collect the accomplished assessment sheet from hiring managers after the interviews.
Conduct background/reference check on candidates who pass the initial interview.
Craft & administer job offer to shortlisted candidates for hiring.
Provide identified candidates pre-employment requirements and give instructions on the procedures.
Checks and collects pre-employment requirements and build 201 files for safekeeping.
Onboarding
Prepare documents necessary for onboarding of new employees and coordinate with departments for the tools of new hires
Prepare New Hire's announcement including instructions for HR Team's reference.
Ensure that onboarding/immersion plan is being followed.
Assist in conducting New Hire's Orientation and take over the facilitation in the absence of the HR Training Supervisor.
Others
Assist the HR Supervisor/Recruitment Lead in monitoring regularization of probationary employees and ensuring smooth process for offboarding employees (clearance routing, final pay preparation, etc.)
Assist in employee engagement activities as necessary
Maintain an updated manual master list of employees and recruitment tracker
Provide updated information on recruitment during HR Alignment Meeting and recruitment meeting
Facilitate/take an active role in different HR or recruitment projects
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Must be innovative, creative, tech-savvy, and agile
At least 2 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
Amenable to hybrid work arrangement
