Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build applicant sources and databases through different mediums such as research, contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, job platforms, and internet sites
- Understand the job requirements of the MPRs that you are tasked to work on and utilize appropriate sources to attract suitable candidates
- Determine applicant suitability and qualifications by interviewing applicants using a role-specific skills check sheet analyze responses and verify references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Prepare/format resume of candidates to be recommended according to client's format
- Arrange client interviews and trade testing
- Respond to applicants' inquiries (SMS, calls, emails, Skype, Facebook, etc.) both orally and in writing
- Coordinate with government agencies, schools, and private organizations for marketing exposure and to strengthen public relations in various recruitment activities
- Generate report on recruited candidates
- Perform other duties as required by the Recruitment Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any AB or BS Course or with 2 years college education
- Has 5 years of industry experience
- Has at least 4-5 years of experience in the same field, preferably has experience in volume hiring or recruitment for overseas jobs
- Must be Applicant Tracking System literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Office and related applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time; attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Ability to work well with peers and superiors
- Willing to work in Makati
