Description:
· Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale knowledge of hiring needs and available positions within the company
· Responsible to source, screen and provide a shortlist of candidates for different technical positions.
· Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech team to support the organization
· Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant tech-related positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires
· Communicate with potential candidates via online and offline platforms to promote our employer brand, and thus, hire them. You will help us reduce our hiring time. You should ensure that we attract the best experts and professionals.
· Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the expertise, qualifications and practice of hopeful candidates
· Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and income requirements
· Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
· Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
· Build and organize a strong tech talent pipeline, assist Hiring Managers with the hiring process and retain skilled workers.
Requirements:
· Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
· Previous practice of at least 2 years in interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
· Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
· capability to understand and explain job requirements for Information technology functions.
· practice in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
· Firm knowledge and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
· Previous practice developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
· practice working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages
· Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
· Interpersonal expertise and capability to communicate professionally
· capability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
