Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and publish job ads on various job portals
Conduct screening interviews
Screen resumes and job qualifications
Identify potential candidates
Follow up with the candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Design, distribute, and measure the results of the candidate's experience survey
Build and report on annual and quarterly hiring plans
Coordinate recruitment activities
Conduct reference and background checks
Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and employees
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources of active and passive candidate recruiting
Other tasks as required
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Hand-on experience with job sites like Indeed, BestJobs, Kalibrr, and other job portals
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook
Familiarity with applicants tracking systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
