Job Description
Client is looking for experienced and motivated recruitment specialist to join a rapidly growing sales team. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for finding and engaging with best-in-field Sales Professionals (permanent) and connecting them with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Networking with sales professionals (candidates) and growing the candidate pool
Screen candidates for roles and sell their resumes into our internal Account Managers to promote to clients
Manage the entire recruitment process - including engagement of initial interest from candidates, resume submission, the interview process, and the negotiation of salaries
Manage ongoing relationships with placements to ensure continued satisfaction following candidate start date
Proactive Planning and Market Mapping of the best candidates in the market
Meet and Exceed KPIs and Metrics for productivity and performance.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Access
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
