EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or relevant degree.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of end to end recruitment background
- Hands on experience in various types of interviews (phone, video, face to face)
- With strong experience in hiring entry level to executive level roles
- Preferably with broad knowledge in logistics industry and able to fully understand and explain the job requirements
- Has solid experience in sourcing candidates using different techniques
- Has an excellent communication skills both in oral and written.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule (No Graveyard) and BPO Set-up
