Schedule: Morning shift

Qualifications:
With experience in recruitment is an advantage but not required.
With above-average written and verbal English communication skills.
A detail-oriented person.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
Available to start immediately.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing for qualified applicants for all manpower requests.
Conduct initial interviews based on the job description.
Post job advertisements through social media sites, job boards, and other websites to attract skilled applicants.
Ensure that the applicant tracker is always updated.
Must send daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Other duties may be assigned.
