What you will do:
Source qualified candidates through proven recruiting channels and networking relationships in the community while projecting positive company image in order to ensure a constant flow of applicants.
Understand job requirements for staffing needs.
Develop cost effective recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy for the company.
Conduct interviews to qualify candidates for hire.
Participate in both internal and external recruitment events to successfully tap the local labor pool.
Maintain recruitment trackers.
Prepare, make, and explain job offers.
Reach out to candidates and relay application status and/or results.
Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
Prepare regular reports on the recruiting and hiring efforts and outcome.
What we are looking for:
Must have at least 2 years experience in local recruitment
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferably has an experience recruiting large volumes of candidates for specific positions within strict deadlines.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
