Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking the services of a Recruitment Specialist to assist with our expanding client base primarily servicing the Australian and New Zealand markets.
We are an Australian owned BPO operating out of Clark Freeport Zone who proudly provide services to a wide range of businesses wishing to partner with one of the Philippines' leading seat leasing services.
Our clients vary from professional services firms such as accountants, financial planning, engineers, architects are just some of the professions we service.
We are looking for someone that will complement our existing team of Recruiters and bring us a fresh new perspective, allowing us to continue to innovate and remain at the top of the tree. The role will entail:
- Conduct an end to end recruitment process from sourcing up to job offering
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job
sites
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with
managers to discuss needs
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Administration of Recruitment Processes from Logging of Requisitions/ Demands, to Paper Screening
to Offer stage negotiation up to submission/ ensuring of compliance with pre-employment requirements
- Managed expectations of assigned candidates, recruitment lead/s and Project/ Hiring Managers
- Proactively sourced for candidates with rare/hard to find skills (highly technical roles)
- Attends Hiring Status Call with the Head of Recruitment/Managers/Clients
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
Experience Advantage
- Have worked in the BPO industry before
- Have experience in dealing with different levels of roles
- Lead generation experience (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to think laterally through a range of solutions, providing candidates and clients with options on
how to proceed
