Job summary:We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruitment Specialist to focus on the recruitment of potential qualified employees. Job duties range from identifying appropriate sourcing avenues for targeted positions and is updated with the current hiring trends and technology for both volume and support hiring requirements. Has experience in screening candidate profiles, and conducting preliminary screening or interviews up to performing background checks.Responsibilities:
Provide support in all kinds of sourcing initiatives and perform tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager/Supervisor to accomplish objectives including but not limited to : online postings, job events, academe liaison and linkages such as campus recruiting, employee referral initiatives and other sources;
Make calls to pre-screen, conduct phone interviews, and update status of candidates inquiring about job postings; manage job boards and online ads
Respond to queries sent via call, email, social media and other sourcing channels.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 to 2 years RPO experience.
Must have internet at home.
Must have basic skills in creating visual, graphic or audio images for illustrations, logos, and websites, in designing either by hand or using computer software applications
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Driven, highly-motivated, proactive and can work with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics.
Creative and innovative in attracting the right talents for targeted roles and vacancies.
