We are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive the internal recruiting functions, lead training initiatives, data analysis, develop recruiting strategies and employee engagement activities and serve as a liaison between the PHI and US internal recruitment.
 
Day Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
 
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through different channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc)
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
Provide communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Provide a regular report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Provide/Serve approved job offers and job contracts in the absence of an HR generalist
Ensure that critical pre-employment requirements are submitted by shortlisted candidates prior to job contract and that new hires are equipped with the necessary equipment and access to basic tools on day 1 of employment
Assist in the onboarding of new hires
Function as a backup to the HR generalist in spearheading employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Serve as liaison to the US Corporate Recruiting Manager and participate in special task/projects as needed including recruiting, training and operations initiatives, as well as developing onboarding and training documents
Participate in job fairs to boost the company's reputation (when applicable)
Qualifications:
3 year+ of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or equivalent role) focusing on full phase of recruitment, active and passive sourcing, volume hiring, both for rank and file and corporate positions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong professional interviewing skills
Graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources or any equivalent course
Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience optimizing the use of an ATS
Must have the ability to adapt to fast-paced, continually evolving environment using time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
