Job Description:
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Conceptualize, develop and implement activities that will generate leads for recruitment of Financial Advisors (FA) in assigned area.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Build strong partnerships with possible sources such as academe, business and civic organizations, recruiting companies.
Develop marketing programs that will attract target recruits such as recruitment events, forums, and other similar activities.
Conduct Business Opportunity Forums as needed.
Partner with channel management on cluster/branch initiated recruitment activities.
Monitor progress of recruits endorsed to channel management for selection.
Prepare required reports and give status updates on key metrics as needed.
Manage established sourcing channels, evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments in the strategies accordingly.
Conduct initial interviews if needed.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
University graduate, preferably marketing, business or social science degree.
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, marketing, sales and event organization background preferred.
Excellent communication skills; computer literate; negotiating skills. Familiar with area of assignment.
Must be willing to travel extensively within area of assignment.
Demonstrated ability in organizing, managing and executing events.
