The Role: The Recruitment/Sourcing Officer Requirements Bachelor's degree graduate of BS-Psychology/Any Business and Computer related course Recruitment Staff: 1 year (Preferred) At least 6 months BPO Experience (Optional) Knowledge End to end process of Recruitment Key responsibilities Establish recruiting requirements by studying FTO plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Responsible in ensuring that hiring for all positions is within the agreed service level agreement Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Sourcing Establish different sourcing channels apart from conventional sourcing methods Ensures accuracy of online job portal postings Ensures constant participation of the team in different external-recruitment related activities to be able to build a talent pipeline database for FTO clients Employee On-boarding Ensures the conduct of background check prior to job offer and deployment Ensures on-time endorsement of newly-hired employees to the Learning & Development Group, HR, Payroll, and Compliance for new employee orientation Ensures the accuracy and correctness of employee's information Ensure all requirement of new hires are in place and submitted to Payroll Team Reportorial Requirements Provide well documented recruiting reports Ensures timely and accurate submission of hiring reports Prepares summary of weekly update of manpower vacancies Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
