What will be your task:
To analyze, plan, and manage recruitment programs and hiring processes to ensure the service provided within the department meet the needs of the organization.
Establish recruiting requirements by fully understanding transcosmos's business plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss their needs.
Improve the companies attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits.
Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels including database search, social media, Job boards, etc
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Monitor and apply recruiting best practices; Understand current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting interview training where needed.
Perform recruitment, placement activities including test administration, screening / conducting interviews and making recommendations regarding the suitability of candidates for employment
Keep records/reports of new hires and their endorsement to appropriate operations groups requiring these inputs.
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
