Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person or online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
With atleast 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
You must have the ability to help develop, implement, support, and review the company's manpower needs.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree preferred.
