Job Summary:
We are looking for Recruiters as part of our end-to-end recruitment campaigns for both multilingual agent and non-agent roles. You'll source candidates from all channels available including social media (facebook/LinkedIn), job boards (Jobstreet/Indeed) and referrals (ARP/NERP/ERP), to ensure you have a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to pull from.
Main Duties:
Sourcing both agent and non-agent hiring across all channels
Initial pre-screening/interviewing candidates
Manage internal and external stakeholders from the Philippines, UK and US)
Produce regular/ad-hoc reports on behalf of the Global Talent Acquisition Manager based in the UK
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years Recruitment experience (ideally within BPO or RPO firm)
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
