Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant skills, knowledge, experience and aptitudes
Facilitate recruitment and system specific training amongst managers.
Liaise with Business Partners and managers to determine requirements and specific role objectives.
Analyse and create objectives to shorten current time to hire and be able to advise on time to hire for each role.
Support People Experience Admin function and administer UK benefits where needed.
Source and assess candidates suitability for open roles and create a talent pool for future role openings.
Manage Proactis' ATS and be an expert in providing support for hiring managers.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree graduate
With experience in HR and recruitment policies and best practices and with knowledge in UK Employment Law
Knowledge of HR databases and experience managing applicant tracking systems
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process
Ability to multitask and prioritize and experience working in a fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness and analytical skills
