Assist recruiters in sourcing and scheduling qualified candidates for their requirements.
Consult with recruiters to identify staff requirements and job objectives
Prepare and post job adverts for sourcing channels/ATS
Evaluate applicants' resumes and determine if they meet the requirements
Use specialized tools to prepare tests and assignments for candidates' evaluation
Schedule and conduct interviews via phone calls or video call interviews
Provide recruiters with information regarding candidate's eligibility for job interview
Maintain and update complete record of interviews and number of employee hires
Research, analyze, prepare, and present hiring statistics to supervisors.
Assist recruiters in client interviews if needed
Requirements
3 years minimum experience in Recruitment field.
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
