A typical day will include:
Liaising between established clients and candidates to manage a roster of Doctors across several COVID clinics in Melbourne
Using a range of digital tools to manage rosters and shifts
Maintaining and updating our database and other documentation
Working on new opportunities for short-term doctor placements across Australia
Providing general recruitment support to the team
Requirements
3 years experience with Roster Management
Recruitment experience (2 years), ideally working on a temp desk
Strong communicator via phone and email
Good computer skills, experience working with a database, Google Drive, and conducting research online
Competent to support invoicing process
A passion for delivering niche services at an exceptional level of excellence.
Organised and detail orientated. You are capable of setting up your own systems and processes if needed.
Digital Native - enjoy using digital tools to be more efficient and drive unique outcomes .
