Position: Recruitment Associate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to determine manpower needs
Create and publish job advertisements in various portals
Source and screen job applicants
Conduct phone and face to face interviews
Administer pre-employment exams
Extend job offer
Prepare onboarding of new hires
Responsible for the encoding of new hires' information on HR information system
Conduct new employee orientation
Timekeeping
Processing of statutory benefits of employees
Help on payroll processing
Responsible in maintaining and updating HRIS particularly attendance and payroll system
Perform other HR related duties which may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology or Business related course
At least 1-year experience in HR recruitment task and government reports
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Highly analytical and organized with keen attention to detail
Highly proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
