Job Description:
Provide administrative support for HR recruiters
Organize, compile, update applicant records and documentation
Manage and update recruitment databases with various information such as candidate information, new hire list, unloading new hire information on NetSuite, gathering of pre-employment requirements Etc.
Respond to applicant inquiries and provide requested information
Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages
Help organize and manage new employee on-boarding
Administers appropriate company assessments
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Proven work experience (either as an in-house BPO recruitment associate or from a staffing agency)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using MS Office suite or similar software
Preferably BS/MS in Human Resources Management/Psychology
At least 1 year relevant experience but fresh graduates can be considered
