STRICT QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Haves:
• Candidate must be a FRESH GRADUATE of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Mass Communications, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word), Google Docs, Skype, Zoom, various office applications, and online meeting platforms
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team, self-starter, and can work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to cooperate with the team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Good relationship-building skills, organization skills, and strong attention to details
• Good decision-making skills
• Proactive, Flexible, and open-minded to various changes and business decisions
• Must have at least 15-25 Mbps internet speed for WFH set-up
• Must have good cellular reception at home for all mobile networks (Smart, Sun, Globe)
• Can report to QC office once WFH set-up is over.
• Quiet workstation at home to ensure productivity
Good-to-Haves:
• With Back-up Laptop/Desktop capable for WFH
• Noise Canceling Headset/Ordinary Headset with Mic
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Communication and persuasion

Availability for change of residence: Yes
