JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Associate will execute effective sourcing techniques to produce and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
Ensure the company’s presence is highlighted by posting creative and compelling job campaigns.
Maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
Recommend ideas and strategies to improve sourcing programs.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Psychology, BS Human Resources Development Management or other related course.
Experience in recruitment or sourcing internship in a BPO setting is a huge plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly reliable and exudes high professionalism.
