As a Recruitment & Sourcing Sr. Manager you will be responsible for managing the recruitment demands and ensure that the we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.
Job Description:
- Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure company's competitiveness in recruiting
- Drive the design, development and delivery of effective sourcing plans
- Supervises the Recruitment Team and report on its performance
- Ensure candidate management tools are used effectively and efficiently
- Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
- Spearheads the review and standardization of processes by implementing process management activities to meet service levels and optimize resources
- Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating talent acquisition activity and quality
- Managers the team in running process improvement projects, setting up goals, tasks, and monitoring performance
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
- Proficiency in various recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches, and knowledge of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Must have an experience in Volume Hiring in a BPO setting
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferably in BPO
