Job Summary:
The Recruitment and Admin Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities in recruitment resourcing. This role will be doing screening, shortlisting, booking interviews, and client calls. It will also be responsible for admin-based duties such as creating job descriptions, sending invoices, and such as creating reports and presentations for internal
communications, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks.
This role will also provide administrative support related to a variety of human resources duties.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
-3+ years proven work experience as recruiter within a non-local environment
-Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
-Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Successful applicants will be those who have the following skills or experience:
-Ability to learn and use other industry related software
-A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
-Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment
-Outstanding time management skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
-Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers
-Must be highly organized and priorities daily workload
