Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and abide by all key recruitment processes of the company and its clients.
Source potential candidates from various social media platforms.
Conduct outbound calls (cold calling) to potential applicants to evaluate their interests and qualifications for the positions.
Perform screening interviews of applicants for various call center positions.
Evaluate the applicants and provide necessary coaching before moving them to the next process.
Facilitate online applications and tests for the candidates and track their results, making the necessary follow through for the applicants throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive experience for all applicants by always showing a respectful and caring attitude.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports.
Perform pertinent and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree graduate (any course). We accept fresh graduates.
With internship /OJT experience in sourcing/recruitment for volume hiring preferably from a BPO or manpower/recruitment agency
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to meet aggressive goals.
Strong critical thinking ability and multi-tasking skills.
Able to perform and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Mandaluyong. Must be residing within Metro Manila.
Must have a PC for dedicated use and wired internet at home of at least 15mbps to support telework arrangement.
Must have a quiet workspace that is within reasonable proximity of your modem to ensure unhindered connection.
