We are hiring Recruiting - Verifier who will work out of our office in Cebu City, Philippines and be ready to jump into a fast-paced work environment handling a high-volume of administrative tasks for the US. This Verifier will be responsible for following the US process with new hire verifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunity for growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts video calls with new hires to complete identification verification
Responsible for utilizing the Onboarding HRIS system to document each record and mark completion for verification
Upload supporting documents to the HRIS as needed
Utilize communication methods via email, Teams Video Calls, and phone
Manage calendar of pre-scheduled video verifications and remain on-time for each new hire
Follow predefined process to complete verification
Respond to new hires appropriately with all verification needs and updates
Set appropriate communication on next steps
Ensure all Global compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
Performs other duties as assigned or necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of HR admin or recruiting experience
Bachelor's/College Degree in HR/Recruitment a plus, OR 2 additional years of relevant experience
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred (SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience working with US clients a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong command of the English language
Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail
Effective organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
Motivated and persistent in meeting targets
Exhibit professionalism
Must be able to work US hours - i.e. between 9pm-8am Manila Time
Flexible to work extended hours including holidays and weekends, based on business need
Work onsite in Cebu City, Philippines
