Job Description:
Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and Global Employee Support (GES). Global Employee Support (GES) is a best-in-class, GES organization of over 800 people, servicing the entire population of JPMC, currently totaling over 260,000 employees worldwide, in over 60 countries. GES provides vital services in the areas of Payroll, HR Call Center (ASKHR), Employee On & Off Boarding, Data Management, Benefits Administration and Project Management. As a Global New Hire Readiness Team Member for JPMorgan Chase, you will deliver a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process actively engaging with our new hires and our functional partners to keep the new hire case on track for their upcoming start date. You will need time management and organization skills to ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes according to the policy and guidelines, while maintaining data integrity. You will audit all candidate information and verify eligibility to start. In providing this support, the team member will interact with new hires, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers/Executives, Technology and other areas of Human Resources as needed. You will be focused on the new hire creating a world class experience as they start their journey with the firm.
Responsibilities
Involved on several process that includes Recruiting Payment procesing and Internal Employee hiring movement.
Actively work and maintain Sharepoint sites and mail boxes used for Internal Transfer and Payment process intake process
Partner as needed with the Hiring Managers, Recruiters, case managers to support the Internal Transfer process and Payment services
Work with appropriate staff to ensure all internal Hires are processed within the acceptable SLA
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
An enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated individual, who is organized and can manage competing priorities
Need to have a collaborative approach, and deal confidently with people at all levels in the organization
Team Player, self-starter and the ability to work independently and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams
Strong attention to detail, strong follow through and results oriented
Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas
Key Performance Areas
Processing & validating client onboarding information
Risk aware & Control orientated with an appreciation of control and quality
Gain end to end knowledge of the process and, as a SME, assist the team in resolving escalations
Handling miscellaneous requests related to the process & assists team with research & investigation
Ability to review the SOPs of the process & incorporate the necessary changes/updates as required Updating process related information (e.g. Procedural changes, Errors, MIS reports). Sharing the updates/changes made effectively with the team.
Effective transfer of knowledge & new learnings encountered in the process
Ensure adherence to operational procedures to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain optimal Productivity & Accuracy levels as defined for the process.
Ensure timely follow-ups on the pending/ageing requests.
Ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no SLA misses.
Effectively communicate with senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year Operations experience in a US Customer Service or Technical Support role, or equivalent experience in any HR facet (i.e. GES, Recruitment, etc.) required
Strong stakeholder management background managing clients across different job levels, a preference
This role requires meticulous attention to detail
Be customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Be able to multi-task in an organized manner
Be able to work under pressure and handle high volumes meeting deadlines
Tech Acumen
Have strong presentation, verbal and written communication
Be self-motivated
Ability to perform Research & Investigation
Be comfortable with and able to quickly adapt to change
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Internet are required
Have strong attention to detail, strong follow through and results oriented
Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas
Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment
Flexible with hours, some overtime may be required and ability to work on different time zones occasionally

IJP Qualifications:

· PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Not in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or within the cleansing period
