RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with company's sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and background investigation methods
Schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates, administer hiring paperwork, verification of education, employment, and identification
Use of applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to enter, track, and report information
Assess staffing needs and provide resource recommendations
Develop innovative sourcing initiatives to build solid pipeline of qualified candidates/collaborate with Recruitment Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years’ experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing & hiring in Talent Acquisition or related HR role.
Bachelor’s Degree
Must be able to prioritize multiple high-level recruitment needs
Tenacity and ability to drive urgency and hold others accountable in the hiring process
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, social media
