Department Overview
The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for effectively sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of team members the company.
About the Role
Responsible in providing recruitment support throughout the recruitment and selection process from internal and external sources. Covers jobs responsible for managing the recruitment selection process. Responsible for hiring of frontline/customer facing roles as well as other support positions.
Responsibilities:
Participate in recruiting and selecting, contact center, operational, or early career individuals from internal and external sources
Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, and reviewing affirmative action goals
Review candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met
Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities
Consult with management to recommend candidates, starting salaries
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company
Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
Receive direction from Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, Human Resources or compliance requirements
Provide information to the management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within Recruiting and Human Resources policy
Essential Qualifications:
College Degree is desired
Three (3) or more years of work experience in end to end volume hiring for frontline and specialist to management roles for operations
Experience on working with multiple stakeholders and business partners
Prior working experience on applicant tracking system (ATS) and adherence to compliance in the hiring process
Strong reporting skills
Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Recruitment Supervisors / Managers who are interested to shift to an individual contributor role are welcome to apply.
Must be willing to work in midshift (1:00PM to 10:00PM), extended hours and work days if needed as deemed necessary by the business
